POSITION: PROJECT SALES STAFF
I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers.
- Collect aggregated market information, competitors, and products by market segment, customer group, and assigned region.
- Recommend new products suitable for the assigned area and area of responsibility. Research and propose measures to promote and introduce products/services and company brands within the scope of responsibility.
- Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders.
- Make plans to develop customers, markets, revenue, quarterly/monthly.
- Receive information and requests from customers. Contact and advise on quality, price, product features... for customers.
- Make a list of potential customers, propose plans/options to approach, meet, and take care of customers to promote and introduce products/services.
- Coordinate with relevant units/individuals to make offers and participate in negotiations and promotion of contract signing.
- Inspect and urge the contract implementation process to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Act as the focal point to receive information and coordinate with delivery parties and resolve arising issues and problems related to contract content.
- Carry out bidding procedures for project sales in accordance with regulations. Support accounting staff in completing payment documents and urging collection of due and overdue debts.
II. REQUEST :
- Graduating from college or higher.
- Have experience in project sales or project sales for companies.
- Have skills to quickly resolve arising problems. Proficiency in office computer.
- Good communication skill.
